What's with My Noisy Stomach?

Week 8/Week 7, Day 2: Looking forward to seeing my new Ob/Gyn on Thursday so I can finally figure out how pregnant I am. But in the meantime, I have a new friend: a talking stomach. It just moans at me at all hours, often for no particular reason. It sounds like a great chasm in developing in there. Or maybe it is a shooting star traveling the length of my belly (I'm trying to picture the gas, which it inevitable is, in some positive light.) At least I'm not burping. Yet.
